Course information

​- Ideally you need to be 26-33 weeks gestation at the start of the course. 
 - The 6 week course cost is £180 and includes light refreshments (including home made cakes) and a resource pack, plus invaluable online support from a midwife, from when the course finishes - right up to when your baby is born.
- Please note that we only take a maximum of 8 couples per course to keep the group more intimate so as a result the courses usually fill up fast.
​- A £20 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your spaces with the remaining balance due prior to course commencement. We accept bank transfer, cheque or cash.

We offer 1-on-1 intensive sessions done in the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you. Our midwives can tailor the session to suit you and your partner's individual needs. Cost £120

If this is not your first baby but there has been a large gap in between - maybe you feel unsure about the different options available to you now and need a quick refresh?
