Postnatal Course - The 4th trimesterGuidance…. Support…. friendships……and cake
The transition to Motherhood can be at times, overwhelming and emotional, with so much conflicting information readily available online and pressures like never before to be the “perfect parent” it’s important to ensure you have the right advice and guidance for you and your baby’s needs. |

As a typical male I was a tad nervous about attending these classes. But after the first few minutes of the first session both myself and Sabina were at total ease. We both absolutely loved the sessions and looked forward to them every week. The information provided was extremely useful and the midwifes leading the sessions are fantastic and so very friendly. We ended up feeling like their friends rather than customers. We also got on fantastically with all the other parents and we really hope we can maintain contact even though the sessions have sadly ended. Thank you so much for everything, and both myself and Sabina will always be grateful for the help and guidance you gave us both |

I didn’t write a review soon after my husband and I completed the Birthing and Beyond course just over a year ago, not because the course wasn’t fantastic or the ladies that run it amazing but because my Son was born just 2 weeks later and the newborn prep and fuzz took over! 🤱🤪 But as I look back now my son is turning 1 in just a couple of days, I realise how important and invaluable the course was! Whilst nobody can entirely prepare you for your labour or birth, the knowledge we gained from the course and meeting the other fantastic Mummies and Daddies kept us sane and got us through this journey since! Being able to rant with them, encourage and support each other, share the highs and the lows has been priceless. We are so lucky to have met them and hope the babies have made some lifelong friends. |

Well organised and run, great course sessions, midwife insight into the whole process. Tips, tricks, facts and options shared! And, of course, there’s getting to know fellow parents-to-be that can set up new local friendships. And the support from the course leads doesn’t just finish when the course stops, which is the most fantastic part of all! Would recommend to anyone. Thank you all for these sessions x |
